1. What Our Warranty Covers

The warranty covers faults related only to the repaired or replaced component.

Battery Replacement

Battery draining issues, charging problems, or swelling

Charging Port

Charging connection issues or port functionality

Speaker/Microphone

Audio output, microphone input, or sound quality issues

Warranty applies only to the specific component that was repaired or replaced

2. Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only if:

  • The device has not been physically damaged after the repair
  • The device has not been opened or repaired by another technician
  • There is no water or liquid damage after the repair
  • The original repair receipt or proof of repair is provided

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
  • Cracked screens or physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by drops or pressure
  • Software issues or updates
  • Battery wear due to normal usage
  • Damage to other components not related to the repair

Important: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs will void your warranty.

4. Warranty Inspection Process

If a device is returned under warranty:

  • Our technicians will inspect the device to determine the cause of the issue
  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the faulty part free of charge

If the issue is not covered, a repair quote will be provided before proceeding.

5. Data Responsibility

Important: Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting the device for repair. 11 Stars Mobile Center is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

6. Warranty Transfer

The repair warranty is valid only for the original customer and device and cannot be transferred to another person or device.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original repair.
