1. Repair Services

1.1 Repair Agreement

By submitting your device to 11 Stars Mobile Center for repair, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2 Diagnostic

Devices may undergo diagnostic testing to identify faults. Repair prices quoted are estimates and may change if additional issues are found.

Customers will be informed before additional repairs are carried out.
1.3 Data Responsibility

Customers must backup their data before repair. 11 Stars Mobile is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

Important: Always backup your data before repair!

1.4 Repair Warranty

We provide a limited warranty (up to 90 days) on replacement parts and labour.

The warranty covers only the repaired component and does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Software problems
  • Damage caused after repair

2. Buying Mobile Phones from Customers

2.1 Device Ownership

When selling a device to 11 Stars Mobile, the seller confirms that:

  • They are the legal owner of the device
  • The device is not stolen or reported lost
  • The device is not under contract or finance

If a device is later found to be stolen, we reserve the right to report the matter to authorities.

2.2 Identification

Customers may be asked to provide valid identification when selling a device.

2.3 Price Offer

The price offered for a device depends on:

  • Device condition
  • Model and storage
  • Market value
  • Functionality

Price offers may change after device inspection.

3. Selling Mobile Phones and Accessories

3.1 Product Condition

Devices sold by 11 Stars Mobile Center may be:

New
Refurbished
Pre-owned

The condition will be clearly explained before purchase.

3.2 Warranty on Devices

Used or refurbished devices may include a limited store warranty depending on the product.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repair attempts

4. Payments

Full payment must be made before:

  • Collecting repaired devices
  • Receiving purchased devices or accessories

5. Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days after repair completion may be disposed of or sold to recover repair costs unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Damage caused after repair

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • A device is suspected to be stolen
  • The repair is unsafe or not technically possible
  • The device poses safety risks
